I not only reserved but i paid for a minivan pick up at 12pm , and upon arrival after I waited 2 hours, I was told there are no minivans even after i reserved it weeks in advance. Another customer walked in and picked up a minivan after I was already there. I was then charged more for a minivan and given a smaller suv and told that it was an upgrade. During my vacation I was told to call customer service for reinbursement. Upon calling customer service I was told that I would not be getting money back despite being inconvenienced and overcharged I used this company because i thought they practiced honest business. Either give me what i paid for or give me the difference when you downgrade my service.

Read More I needed a truck to relocate my office from Phoenix to Los Angeles. I made a reservation about a week to ten days before I needed the truck. Late the day before I received a telephone call that the truck was not available, but that I could get one in Northern Arizona. This is going to cost me between $5,000 and $7,500, because I have people assisting me and they have to fly to Arizona. I would not recommend that you ever use Budget for a truck rental.

Read More I've rented trucks from Budget Truck every year since 2017, to include earlier this year. However, when I went to pick up a truck for a recent rental, the location had no record of my reservation. I found out later that Budget Truck had changed the location and pick-up date without even telling me! On top of that, they charged me a $75 no-show fee, which they later refunded. Unfortunately, Budget Truck can no longer be relied upon.C
