Moving company in Parsippany, NJ
Awesome experience. Staff was helpful, understanding, and friendly. Able to help out at the last minute with a troubled vehicle from the Orlando airport.
Budget Truck Rental provided reliable service for my move. The reservation was straightforward, the truck was in excellent condition, and the pickup and return process went smoothly. I would definitely use them again.
Whether you're moving across town or across the country, Budget Truck Rental offers a range of truck rental options and moving accessories to help simplify the relocation process.
I've rented trucks from Budget Truck every year since 2017, to include earlier this year. However, when I went to pick up a truck for a recent rental, the location had no record of my reservation. I found out later that Budget Truck had changed the location and pick-up date without even telling me! On top of that, they charged me a $75 no-show fee, which they later refunded. Unfortunately, Budget Truck can no longer be relied upon.C
I recently rented a truck from Budget Truck Rental and had a very positive experience. The vehicle was clean, easy to drive, and ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly and made the entire rental process simple and efficient.
Budget Truck Rental offers truck rental services for and long-distance moves. Customers can choose from different truck sizes to match their moving needs.
I needed a truck to relocate my office from Phoenix to Los Angeles. I made a reservation about a week to ten days before I needed the truck. Late the day before I received a telephone call that the truck was not available, but that I could get one in Northern Arizona. This is going to cost me between $5,000 and $7,500, because I have people assisting me and they have to fly to Arizona. I would not recommend that you ever use Budget for a truck rental.
Budget Truck Rental provides moving trucks, optional equipment, and flexible rental plans for residential and business relocations. The company aims to make moving more convenient.
False advertising. I not only reserved but i paid for a minivan pick up at 12pm , and upon arrival after I waited 2 hours, I was told there are no minivans even after i reserved it weeks in advance. Another customer walked in and picked up a minivan after I was already there. I was then charged more for a minivan and given a smaller suv and told that it was an upgrade. During my vacation I was told to call customer service for reinbursement. Upon calling customer service I was told that I would not be getting money back despite being inconvenienced and overcharged I used this company because i thought they practiced honest business. Either give me what i paid for or give me the difference when you downgrade my service.
