Read More This company uses bait and switch tactics to overcharge you for your move. Their estimator, Greg Johnson, lied to me by saying that a partial delivery (some to our storage unit, the rest to theirs) was completely doable, normal procedure for them. I very clearly provided a full inventory of our items, with photos and measurements. Greg Johnson the estimator grossly under quoted the job, leaving us scrambling on moving day when the mover they contracted with could not move our items based on what they were told. Greg Johnson also assured us that the truck to show up would be an Howards Van Line truck, that their company was not a moving broker (they are). Our move cost went from $12,000 to over $20,000 in minutes because of deceitful actions by Howards Van Lines and their employees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HOWARDS VAN LINES.
