Read More I hired them to move me from Springdale,Ar to Parrish, Fl. I had boxes and a few pieces of furniture. An estimate at $3388.00 ended up costing me over $11,000 as they sent an unlicensed company who would not communicate with me and damaged over $2000 of my belongings. This was the worst moving experience of my life. They will not help me Get a refund from the movers they sent or refund me. The movers they sent used a Uhaul to pick up took my items so New Jersey and then showed up in an Penske. They were unlicensed and held my items hostage until I agreed to pay more. This is a horrible company who doesn’t care about their customers.

Never showed and couldn’t get ahold of someone. We requested for a Friday pick up got told it’s a 2 day window was never discussed nor in our original paperwork. Day ... Read More Never showed and couldn’t get ahold of someone. We requested for a Friday pick up got told it’s a 2 day window was never discussed nor in our original paperwork. Day of on Saturday we have a flight at 3pm leave at 12:30 to go to the airport. No word on what time they come to even try to have someone else there for us. Called over 20 times got voicemail one person we ended up getting said they try to get back to us never ever did. Never showed had to pay for last minute U-Haul instead.

Elite Van Lines did a wonderful job! Used them twice now, they work extremely hard and fast, nice, professional, and did a wonderful job protecting all of my furniture. W ... Read More Elite Van Lines did a wonderful job! Used them twice now, they work extremely hard and fast, nice, professional, and did a wonderful job protecting all of my furniture. Will definitely use them a 3rd time if need be! Kristie in the office is outstanding as well. Very thorough and communicative.

Then terrible communication They don't even do the job themselves they farm it out to another company and you have to hope these guys are good. But nope they are so bad. All my boxes came warped and had obviously not been looked after well. So far nothing is broken but I'll update. If I was you I would look else where for your move.

She was knowledgeable and promptly provided me with everything I needed. The movers also did a great job getting all my stuff packed and set up at my destination home. All in all, everything went well.

Read More I’ve moved several times, and it’s always stressful and chaotic, especially if you choose the wrong mover. I chose Elite Van Lines because they are a moving company and not a broker. They maintain a good reputation. The move cost was reasonable, and the people I worked with communicated well. Well, all went well with the move, and I didn’t experience any problems, so I would use them again and recommend them to anyone moving. Oh, and if you contact them, ask for team leader, he was great and getting everything set up for me.
