Read More I chose this company because their initial quote seemed affordable, but what a mistake that was. By the end of the move, I was hit with all kinds of hidden charges. They charged extra for stairs, tape, and even for using blankets to protect furniture, which I thought was standard. None of these fees were mentioned during the initial quote, and my final bill was nearly double. They knew I had no choice but to pay, and the whole thing felt like a scam.

Read More I contacted a site that connected me with Elite Van Lines. I literally needed movers same week and everyone was quoting crazy prices. Elite Van Lines was a miracle, they were quick, they followed up and the movers were amazing! They even finished before time. Great Price Great Service. The only issue I had was a preference, they prefer you to do everything while on the phone with them, not the worst thing but wish they mentioned that method.

Read More This company will talk a good talk, but will not take accountability for damaged items or missing items. And do not rely on their insurance to cover the missing items and damaged, because they will dodge you like you are a bill collector. I filled an insurance claim in March of 2024 and they swear the would call me back everytime I called.... still I wait...I called so many times and they literally ignored my calls for months to avoid paying me. Avoid this company at all cost! And if you speak with Tony, Shelia, or Kristie, hang up! They are no help at all.

Read More Bunch of broken and missing items on arrival. Was told I'd get a refund for those. It's been 6 months and they still haven't sent the refund. My price doubled from my quote. I ultimately had to leave stuff behind and throw a ton of things away. I gave exact dimensions for everything I was packing PLUS 10 additional big boxes just in case (which I didn't need). Didn't matter. Driver showed up, loaded all my stuff, and then AFTER he had everything I own loaded, said it took up more space than he thought so I owe him more (which is illegal btw). He made me unload furniture from his truck myself to try to reduce the price to closer to what I was quoted. It was all super shady and I was threatened multiple times ("Well I have all your stuff now, so you can either pay me what I'm telling you orrrr...") I called Kristie at customer service and she said "well that sucks. You should just pay him. Nothing I can do" Customer service is awful and un-responsive. Kristie seems nice but she'll gouge you, lead you on, and then leave you out in the cold. Good luck. 2/10 experience. Most of my stuff did actually show up and wasn't stolen, so that's a win. But it was for twice as much cost, headache, twice as much stuff broken, twice as long, everything... This experience was awful. Both on pickup and delivery. Scummy company

I found them randomly online at last minute but they made everything happen according to my time slots. Thank you for making my first experience of moving hassle free.

Read More It's been a few months since my cross country move with this company. Have a page of issues but most important one is the false quotes they give. Started at $4000 and ended at over$13,000. I counted boxes, measured furniture and went over all I was moving for an hour with Erik. His quote took it to about $9000. When movers showed up a day after promised, price went above that. If I didn't pay what they said, my furniture on the street wasn't going to be taken. No option but to pay more. Please only use BBB accredited movers with good ratings. A box was missing and after notification, nothing was done. Only good thing was the professional staff who brought my things to my Pennsylvania home. Were on time and worked quickly. If you enjoy a stressful move, use this company. They are difficult to reach once they start receiving money from you and do not notify you of move dates unless you continue to try to reach them. I was looking forward to returning to Pennsylvania but this company added unbelievable stress.

Russell, the team lead for the job was pleasant, easy going and very professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. His assistants were quick, friendly and obliging. Read More I was told one price. The price changed THEN I had to wait an extra 3 months to get my items. After calling consistently, I was told my items were going to be dropped off WITHOUT having to pay the drop off fee. That was a lie. AFTER paying the drop off fee I was told I'd get a refund for it. My number got blocked after I reached out to provide them the info. STAY AWAY!
