We had a great experience working with them, and they made things easy.

Moving from a house to an apartment is a major life change, but they made it. I found that I had far more data than I had anticipated.

They were a day late picking up property. They contracted to move my client's household items from Sun City, AZ to Missouri in 10 days. 14 days later and not a word fr ... Read More They were a day late picking up property. They contracted to move my client's household items from Sun City, AZ to Missouri in 10 days. 14 days later and not a word from them. My Client (I listed his home for sale) took two weeks off from work to move and get settled, now he will have to take more time off without pay from his new job. Customer service did not return emails or voicemails from either of us. Terrible service. Do not use them. Cost is approximate.

Read More I hired them to move me from Springdale,Ar to Parrish, Fl. I had boxes and a few pieces of furniture. An estimate at $3388.00 ended up costing me over $11,000 as they sent an unlicensed company who would not communicate with me and damaged over $2000 of my belongings. This was the worst moving experience of my life. They will not help me Get a refund from the movers they sent or refund me. The movers they sent used a Uhaul to pick up took my items so New Jersey and then showed up in an Penske. They were unlicensed and held my items hostage until I agreed to pay more. This is a horrible company who doesn’t care about their customers.

Never showed and couldn’t get ahold of someone. We requested for a Friday pick up got told it’s a 2 day window was never discussed nor in our original paperwork. Day ... Read More Never showed and couldn’t get ahold of someone. We requested for a Friday pick up got told it’s a 2 day window was never discussed nor in our original paperwork. Day of on Saturday we have a flight at 3pm leave at 12:30 to go to the airport. No word on what time they come to even try to have someone else there for us. Called over 20 times got voicemail one person we ended up getting said they try to get back to us never ever did. Never showed had to pay for last minute U-Haul instead.

Read More Elite van lines is just a broker who contracts sub standard movers like Green Pelican movers that re-rote an outrageous quote to supersede the previously agreed deal with Elite then threatened to hold our furniture hostage. Finally upon delivery numerous items were damaged beyond repair. We expect to be made whole from this horrible experience trying to move the worldly possessions of an 87yr.old grandmother!!

Then terrible communication They don't even do the job themselves they farm it out to another company and you have to hope these guys are good. But nope they are so bad. All my boxes came warped and had obviously not been looked after well. So far nothing is broken but I'll update. If I was you I would look else where for your move.

Read More I booked this company for an out-to-state move. They then handed it off to a scam trucking company that overcharged and had the absolute worst customer service. The driver gave less than 24 hours' notice to delivery and YELLED at me over the phone stating that if I could not accept the goods at the exact time, he would just keep them. Elite is dishonest and does not stand by their bids or their word. Run the other way!
