They made our move possible within four quick hours, they’re incredible strong, I couldn’t believe just how easily and carefully they transported everything. I will without a doubt be moving with Move4Less again whenever the time comes

Read More Coastal botched our initial volume quote, projected at $6300 for our CA to ME move. When it was finally corrected we had a new, drastically higher gas rate that cost an additional $3400, the day of the move, when there was no longer any other option. They were so vague about the caviats of our move details we had to contact their vendor Plymouth Freight line's unlisted dispatch # to gain any timeline at all. They left our stuff in southern California for over 10 days and didnt communicate any information the entire 3+ weeks it took for us to get our delivery. They sent us an update, once, with information i had relayed to them, after i had contacted the frieght company myself. And again, when i complained about lack of status reports they referred back to an email with information i had provided for them as though they had informed me. The agent quoted us $6k, we paid $10k. He said the delivery would, not should, take 5-6 days in transit w a 2 day window at the front end and 3 day window at the back end (10-11 days), and it took 22 days. When we asked for help they ignored us. When we complained and asked for restitution they repeatedly sent us copies of our contract with uncaring dismissal. The agent was deceiving and made promises not reflected in our contract. We spent over a thousand dollars buying amenities we didnt need to keep ourselves and 2 five-year-olds comfortable while we waited 2 weeks in an empty house. We only made accomodations to spend 10 days with family, on top of the two days traveling, as we were led to believe that 11 days would be the transit time of our stuff from pick up to delivery. Their bad faith practices cost us 4000, i requested they refund 1000. They refused and said they could not and sent me a copy of our contract for the 5th time, i believe. Also, i suspect their batch of "anonymous reviewer" 5 star reviews on the Trust Pilot review forum are false and they wrote them themselves.

Read More I had the absolute pleasure of working with four incredibly hardworking movers today, and I’m still in awe of their performance. From the moment they arrived, they were on a mission, focused, fast, and unbelievably efficient. They handled every piece of furniture with care and precision, treating my belongings as if they were their own. What truly impressed me was their coordination and teamwork. These guys didn’t waste a single minute. One of the standout moments was when they took down my garage storage rack, a task I thought would be time-consuming, and they had it fully disassembled and ready to go in under 10 minutes, tools in hand, like it was second nature. Their professionalism, strength, and work ethic were second to none. Watching them work was like watching a well-oiled machine in action. They didn’t just move, they dominated the job. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you want your move done right, fast, and with true care, these are the guys to call.

I really thought I would need another pod to accommodate everything but they fit in more than I would have thought possible. All throughout, they were mindful of my fragile items and receptive to my input/requests on how to handle things. The whole job wrapped in exactly two hours. Booking the move, paying and working with the office staff was easy, too. I’d choose this company again in a heartbeat if I were moving

I have always tried to support small business and minority owned businesses but haven’t always had the best experiences with them. Wrap It Moving was the best moving experience EVER!!! They handled everything as if it were their own. Took pride in their work and got the job done! I highly recommend them for all your moving needs! I am forever grateful! My faith has been restored! So glad I made the right decision and went with Coastal Moving Services!

They put everything together, asked for specific instructions about where to position the furniture and boxes, and provided me with the inventory list, which I was able to check while they were unloading. My only comment for improving this experience is the uncertainty regarding the delivery date. I only knew the delivery date and time the day before, and as we were also traveling to our new home, we had to adjust our travel plans to receive them on time. I understand logistics is complex, but if they could provide a confirmation of the delivery date and time at the pickup, it would make for an even better experience.
