Read More These guys were great !!! We had a baby grand piano that needed to be moved so we searched their reviews and saw that they were very highly rated. We gave them a call and they were very professional and courteous over the phone. They gave us a very reasonable quote and kept their word on their pricing. They showed up on time with a team with all the proper tools for the piano move including the piano board. They worked quickly and efficiently together making sure the piano was treated with the best care by properly wrapping it in padded blankets and plastic wrapping. At the destination they set it all up and made sure it was placed exactly where we needed it. Thanks so much guys for a great job and professional service.

Read More The team from Coastal Moving Services did a great job moving us across town to our new home. We appreciated that they were punctual — arriving exactly when they said they would arrive — and they even texted a few minutes beforehand to let us know when they were nearby. They handled our bulky, awkward, and very heavy items with care and were polite and efficient when we asked them to move some items into different rooms than we’d first intended. Their booking and office team also did a great job, accommodating changes to our moving date with no trouble at all.

The follow up and service they provided were top tier I have no complaints. She was happy and they were a big help for me not being able to be there and hands in to help her directly. Read More We interviewed several moving companies, and from the beginning they stood out. They were professional, knowledgeable, and upfront about cost and logistics. She had a very tight window for the move, so efficiency was important. Her move was a two day move. The crew was prompt (both days), friendly, professional, and well organized. There were no surprises or hidden fees. They made what could have been a stressful situation as stress free as it could have been. Highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Read More I had a great experience with Coastal Moving Services. Jake, the owner, was professional and easy to communicate with from the start. His main guy on the job, Shay, showed up right on time with the crew, and they came fully prepared—tools in hand and ready to work. The pricing was clear and straightforward with no surprises. They even helped assemble a few things and took some extra garbage I had left over for a very reasonable fee. Solid, hard-working team. Highly recommend!

I was out of town during this move, and my sister was the point of contact that worked alongside them. She has used several moving companies in the past, and she said that working with Coastal Moving Services was the best experience she has had for moving. They were punctual, very friendly, and had clear communication. They went above and beyond what was expected. Half of my furniture is still at my previous residence for staging. And when the house sells, I will be contacting John Frank moving company again to do the final move. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.

Read More The team today was AMAZING!! ❤️ I really don’t know what I would’ve done without their help. I have a move scheduled with Coastal Moving Services on Monday, but was feeling incredibly overwhelmed with the remaining packing I needed to get done, especially for odd shaped or bulky items, and remaining dishes and art. Coastal Moving Services mobilized quickly, and the pack team showed up on time and finished the job quickly and thoughtfully, mindful of fragile items and of the forthcoming move so things will travel and store well. I can’t express how thankful I am for the care they took today, respecting my items and time. Thank you!!! I’d highly recommend Coastal Moving Services and feel confident that our belongings will be well cared for and arrive safely.

They were unbelievably organized and worked seamlessly; it is clear that Coastal Moving Services provides their staff the training and tools they need to be successful.
