On the day we came to pick it up, we were given a delivery date, but it never showed up. Everything with our name or address on the label was loaded by four members of the loading crew. When the truck was loaded, my wife, her parents, and a police officer who wished to remain anonymous were there.

I appreciated that because I had spoken to a couple of other companies before and felt like I was being pushed into add ons the whole time. On the day itself, the team showed up with everything they needed and got straight into it. There was no back and forth and no waiting around for anything, which made the whole day really efficient.

I had a lot of large items that wouldn't fit in my own vehicle, so having the truck was a lifesaver. They offloaded the bins in the right rooms so I could actually find my things the next morning. I had a few fragile mirrors that I was worried about, but they tied them down securely so they would not move around. We finished the drop off at the new apartment just before dinner time. Read More I finally moved out of my basement apartment into a new townhouse this morning. The stairs were very narrow, and I have a huge mahogany desk that is impossible to move alone. The guys handled the tight corners without hitting the drywall or the ceiling. They used a lot of tape and blankets to keep the drawers from sliding open. I am very happy that nothing got damaged in the process.
