Moving company in Van Nuys, CA
I needed a moving company urgently, and I was lucky to find Budget Relo. I called them and spoke with Anderson, who was very helpful and solution-oriented. He gave me a fair and reasonable price and agreed to move me on the same day. He also used their storage facilities to make sure the transition was smooth and hassle-free.
Moving my beloved grand piano was a major concern, but their talented movers treated it with exceptional care. They used specialized equipment and ensured it was placed perfectly in my new home. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service!
I was disappointed with the overall moving experience. The team could have been better organized, and communication was not as clear as I expected. Moving is already stressful, so I hoped the process would be easier. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations.
The movers helped me transition from a big house to a smaller space without any hassle. Everything was packed neatly, labeled properly, and delivered with care. Their organization really stood out.
I was disappointed with the level of care shown during parts of the move. Some furniture was moved without enough attention to the surrounding space. The crew also seemed rushed at times. I expected a more professional experience.
Being a person who lives alone and does all the chores alone, I can tell how big help some movers like them can be. They were affordable for relocation help; fortunately, I hired them to cover the mess and shift it all to the new home. I must say I would have ruined most of my belongings if they weren't behind my back. My refrigerator and air conditioner were treated like something royal; they covered the entire relocation as if they were shifting, but they were extra conscious about dragging out the appliances. I am genuinely grateful to these William and co and wish them the best. They worked hard for my shift, and I can't thank them enough.
The movers took longer than expected to complete the job. There was also some confusion about where certain boxes needed to go. Communication throughout the move could have been better. I left the experience feeling unsatisfied.
I was impressed by how organized the crew was throughout the move. They protected my belongings, labeled the boxes clearly, and made unpacking simple. Everything arrived safely, and I would gladly use them again.
I got quotes from a few moving companies, but some weren't clear about their fees. Budget Relo provided me with a written quote detailing its hourly rate, travel expenses, and packing fees. No hidden charges.
We were packing the night before and needed assistance at the last minute. The team arrived quickly and completed all the work. Total lifesavers!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Budget Relo holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
