They came as scheduled and used the right equipment to move the filing cabinets and desks carefully. I stepped aside while they arranged the whole load inside the truck so it would stay in place during the drive. The job was completed much faster than I thought it would be.

They had all the right permits and didn't get a single ticket. They handled the busy city street like it was nothing. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Read More We used Budget Relo for a long distance move after we sold our house. We had a lot of outdoor furniture and a large grill that needed to go. The team arrived with all the right tools to take the legs off my dining table. They put everything back together at the new place perfectly. It was a relief to see the crew handle our electronics with such care.

Read More I needed help for a short notice relocation, so I contacted them and got scheduled quickly. On the day of the move, the crew showed up ready to work. They handled my household items with care and followed instructions closely. All the things like TV and other media were packed properly and then loaded in the truck, secured so they would not shift around. The job was completed within the expected time. The overall experience was positive.

Read More The movers did a great job helping me get settled into my new studio. They were very quiet in the hallways, which was nice because I didn't want to bother the other tenants in the building. Not a single item was dropped or banged against the door frames while they were loading the van. They stayed until I was sure every box was in the right spot. It felt like a very honest day of work, and I appreciate the effort the team put in today.

The team was very careful not to bend any of the metal poles, and they kept everything clean.

When they arrived, they started bringing things in and setting them in the rooms. The house was still pretty empty, so it was easy to see things coming together as the day went on. It took most of the afternoon to finish up, but the move was handled without any confusion along the way.

They checked every item before loading and made sure my larger furniture was well-protected for the journey. I appreciated the updates during transit, which helped me relax. When my belongings arrived, everything was exactly as it had been, and I didn't have to deal with any damage at all.

Stay very far away from this company. They buy their reviews. We were quoted $3800 to move across the country and after they came to our 2 bedroom apartment it ended up being $8k. They are rude, ambush you with signatures, they operate illegally and unethically. They fail to provide you with a detailed itemized breakdown of additional charges and will tell you one thing and do another. “No other company does that”LIES LIES LIES they don’t even know the laws! This company does not deserve to be in business. If you plan on relocating across the state lines, do NOT and I repeat do NOT do business with them. To be transparent we did have some additional add ons prior to the inventory list, and understood there will be some additional charges but $4200 extra is basically the move we were doing TWICE!! but they went ahead and charged us for every item that was packed in a box, piece of tape & sticker they had to use. We also stated in the original quote we were on the third floor no elevator and they acknowledged all of that. The final report was false the movers added things in the final list that were still in our possession and took over 4 hours to move a tiny 2 bedroom apartment. Then to finish things off with their services they hired a 3rd party moving team to deliver our stuff and one of them left the job 15 minutes in. I had to help the driver bring up all of my stuff after paying 8 grand. Budget Relo is a complete joke of a company.
