Read More I found Bronze Star Moving and Storage on BBB along with a few other moving companies and decided to move forward with Bronze Star Moving and Storage based on their reviews and how responsive they were when I was trying to figure out my move from Florida to Las Vegas. They gave me a very great price and made the process so smooth and easy. We scheduled a date for the move and they came and packed up our house and came to our new house in Las Vegas the next day to unload. They were very careful with all of our furniture and did such a great job packing & unpacking everything. I’m very happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone who is moving. Thank you so much again!

Read More I was genuinely nervous about my move from Boston to Miami, but Bronze Star Moving and Storage made the entire process shockingly easy. From the moment the crew arrived 15 minutes early, might I add they worked like a well-oiled machine. They carefully wrapped every piece of furniture, even taking apart and reassembling my complicated IKEA bed frame without a single issue. What impressed me most was how they handled my grandmother's china set not a single piece was broken! The pricing was exactly as quoted, and they finished loading my 2-bedroom apartment in just 5 hours. The delivery was perfectly on schedule, and the same professional crew unloaded everything with the same care they'd shown during packing. They even helped me position heavy furniture exactly where I wanted it. The only very minor complaint is that one box was slightly dented (though contents were fine), but given how many items they moved flawlessly, this was negligible. For anyone hesitating about hiring professional movers, I can't recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage enough they turned what I expected to be a nightmare into a completely stress-free experience. Five stars without hesitation!

The crew was so respectful of nap times and worked quietly when the baby was sleeping. They packed up our entire apartment in one day, labeling every box clearly. During the drive west, the dispatcher checked in daily. When they arrived, they set up the nursery first so we'd have a safe place for the baby. They even helped unpack the kitchen essentials. I've moved 5 times in my life. This was by far the best experience.

Fortunately, they were well-trained at handling relocations of any kind and did a fantastic job at packing and delivering everything. They quoted us a fair rate too. Recommend them!
