Read More I am so glad I found Bronze Star Moving and Storage. Thomas came out to my house and gave me my estimate. I felt very comfortable with him from the start. He was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. While not the lowest estimate, they were one of the lower ones. I booked them for my move and for things out of my control I was forced to delay last minute. They were completely understanding and were happy to reschedule me for another day. When moving day finally arrived 5 men showed up (on time) and loaded up the contents of my house in 3 1/2 hours, drove to my new home and unpacked the entire truck in 2 hours. Impressive to say the least. The men did an incredible job for a very reasonable price and I couldn't have been more pleased. Chloe and his crew were top notch. Highly recommend. My father who made the move with us used a different company and let's just say he had a very different experience. He rued his decision admitting he chose poorly. While moving is an extremely crazy thing to ever have to do, Bronze Star Moving and Storage did an exceptional job and I was very happy with their service. Do yourself a favor and check out this company. Oh, one last thing; they charge you from the time they arrive at your origin and end when they leave the destination. They do not charge you from when they leave their yard to when they return like most companies. This makes a difference to the bottom line. Again. I highly recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage.

They treat your belongings as if it was their own by the way they handle things. They were very good with communication throughout the entire move. From talking with Yosef to working with the guys on each end of the move was an absolute delight. The professionalism in this company is second to none. I would strongly recommend Bronze Star Moving & Storage to anyone looking for a stress free transition. They go above and beyond for their customers and I look forward to using them in the future. 5 stars across the board. They took good care of my furniture, but there was a small scratch on one of my dressers. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was still noticeable. The only other minor issue was that the final cost was slightly higher than the initial estimate. Still, I’d use them again for their reliability and quality service.

Read More So I went on a site to get moving quotes and have been spammed nonstop by various companies, some good, some bad, over the past several hours. Here's the thing, I keep getting calls over and over from similar numbers from Florida and specifically Boca Raton. When I finally picked up the phone, the guy was extremely curt when I said to stop calling me and to take me off his list, which he said didn't exist. Desperation doesn't make people want to use someone and while I can't say whether or not this company does a good job with regards to moving someone's things, based on my limited interactions, no thank you.

The crew arrived right on time, wrapped all my furniture securely, and handled my fragile items with care. They even disassembled and reassembled my bed frame without any issues. The move was completed in just one day, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Jillian was amazing. She kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I was completely satisfied. Read More Believe the negative reviews regarding poor communication with Bronze Star (this site and others). I sent an email requesting a refund nearly two weeks ago to both their billing email and my coordinator and haven't gotten a response at all. I called last week and was told I would hear from them today (apparently billing only works the first and last Tuesday of the month- eye roll). So, nearly the end of the day and I hadn't heard anything- so I call again- now they say billing only works the last Tuesday and Thursday of the month- which means they would have been working when I sent the original email... when I mentioned I was told something different, I just got the runaround and was told over and over after every question that "billing will respond when they can"- oh and also they only communicate by email. So who actually knows when billing works? In any case, I recognize that I am outside of the refund window with my request, but common courtesy and good business practice should prevail if this were a decent company and at least respond to me. In addition, I had a floating/ unknown move date a couple months from now- so zero work other than providing my quote has been done toward this move (which is actually no longer happening since we de decided to sell all our belongings due to unfortunate circumstance) a good business would also look at a refund request situation based on the individual circumstances and I would hope would refund our money in this case. However it remains to be seen if this mysterious billing department will actually respond.
