They were able to accommodate my request and squeezed me into their schedule, even though I booked just two days before the move. The crew was amazing—super professional, quick, and careful with my belongings. They even helped me disassemble and reassemble my bed frame, which was a huge relief. I was impressed by how organized they were; they labeled all the boxes and made sure everything was loaded in the truck securely. They even gave me tips on where to place certain items in the new space to save time during unpacking, which I really appreciated. Nothing was damaged, lost, or even scratched, and they handled my antique dresser with extra care, which meant a lot to me. Overall, they were professional, reliable, and just pleasant to work with. Read More Bronze Star Moving and Storage did a fantastic job moving us from Texas to North Carolina. The crew was very professional and also friendly. They spent extra time prepping my house on both ends to protect the floors, doors and banisters. Bronze Star Moving and Storage did a full pack for us and everything arrived in good condition and properly labeled. Not only did the truck arrive right on schedule but the total cost was $3k less than the estimate. Customer service was also fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Read More Do your homework and hire directly (also do a search on yelp for the real reviews). Bronze Star Moving is a broker and will not honor anything after a mover is assigned to you. Any “binding” estimates or quotes are worthless as they will not honor them and will tell you to work directly with the assigned mover. A large majority of their reviews on google are AI or Posted by Employees. Take a minute to look at names and common phrases over and over. Also, most of the 5 star reviews are from reviewers who only have one review! Specifics to my move: • I was quoted a certain price, but when the movers arrived, they demanded an additional $10,000 because Bronze Star didn’t estimate correctly. At this point, I was in a bind, and they knew it. • Bronze Star offered no assistance and did not honor their word. They even called and threatened me. • They didn’t honor their contract, I was overcharged, and did not receive the services rendered. They were caught trying to use pictures to document services that were not provided. • Bronze Star will threaten you and lie to you. Read the contract and find someone who actually honors their words. • Additionally, they contacted my place of employment (which was not a party to this contract) in an attempt to bully me since I had filed a claim on the credit.

They gave us a quote and then on the day of the move, the price was 3x what they quoted. It's a complete bait and switch to secure you as a customer.
