Moving company in West Palm Beach, FL
From booking to unloading, everything was flawless. The team was courteous, hardworking, and handled my antiques with extreme care. Moving is never fun, but Bronze Moving made it enjoyable. A+ service!
Do your homework and hire directly (also do a search on yelp for the real reviews). Bronze Star Moving is a broker and will not honor anything after a mover is assigned to you. Any “binding” estimates or quotes are worthless as they will not honor them and will tell you to work directly with the assigned mover. A large majority of their reviews on google are AI or Posted by Employees. Take a minute to look at names and common phrases over and over. Also, most of the 5 star reviews are from reviewers who only have one review! Specifics to my move: • I was quoted a certain price, but when the movers arrived, they demanded an additional $10,000 because Bronze Star didn’t estimate correctly. At this point, I was in a bind, and they knew it. • Bronze Star offered no assistance and did not honor their word. They even called and threatened me. • They didn’t honor their contract, I was overcharged, and did not receive the services rendered. They were caught trying to use pictures to document services that were not provided. • Bronze Star will threaten you and lie to you. Read the contract and find someone who actually honors their words. • Additionally, they contacted my place of employment (which was not a party to this contract) in an attempt to bully me since I had filed a claim on the credit.
It went extremely well. The movers took extra precautions to make sure none of our high-end furniture was damaged and made sure that everything was to our liking. At the end they wanted us to walk through and make sure that everything got done and that we didn’t forget anything so all in all it was probably one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had!
I had a terrific experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage! The booking process was quick and easy, and the entire move was smooth, seamless, and stress-free. Everything arrived promptly from Florida to DC within 24 hours, clean and undamaged. Bronze Star Moving and Storage truly exceeded my expectations, highly recommend!
Bronze Star Moving and Storage offers excellent value for the quality of service they provide. The team was professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with great care. I was impressed by their punctuality and how smoothly everything went. Moving is never easy, but they made it feel like a breeze. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
I had to move on incredibly short notice due to a last-minute change in my lease, and I was in full panic mode. Thankfully, this Bronze Star Moving and Storage saved the day! They were able to accommodate my request and squeezed me into their schedule, even though I booked just two days before the move. The crew was amazing—super professional, quick, and careful with my belongings. They even helped me disassemble and reassemble my bed frame, which was a huge relief. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. If you’re in a bind and need a moving company that goes above and beyond, don’t hesitate to call these guys!
Bronze Star Moving and Storage did a fantastic job moving us from Texas to North Carolina. The crew was very professional and also friendly. They spent extra time prepping my house on both ends to protect the floors, doors and banisters. Bronze Star Moving and Storage did a full pack for us and everything arrived in good condition and properly labeled. Not only did the truck arrive right on schedule but the total cost was $3k less than the estimate. Customer service was also fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
Our experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage was remarkable. It was our first experience with them and we weren’t too sure about it since we’d hired their movers for a commercial move. Fortunately, they were well-trained at handling relocations of any kind and did a fantastic job at packing and delivering everything. They quoted us a fair rate too. Recommend them!
I used the moving and storage space for my move on 8/5/25. These guys were awesome! Very friendly and organized. Louis, Dangelo, and Frank were awesome. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
Moving from Florida to Portland with a 6-month-old sounded impossible, but Bronze Star Moving and Storage made it easy. The crew was so respectful of nap times and worked quietly when the baby was sleeping. They packed up our entire apartment in one day, labeling every box clearly. During the drive west, the dispatcher checked in daily. When they arrived, they set up the nursery first so we'd have a safe place for the baby. They even helped unpack the kitchen essentials. I've moved 5 times in my life. This was by far the best experience.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Bronze Star Moving and Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
