Read More They truly stand out in the moving industry. My past experiences with movers left much to be desired. Still, a friend recommended Bronze Star Moving and Storage to me, and I've already used their services twice with great satisfaction.

Read More Do your homework and hire directly (also do a search on yelp for the real reviews). Bronze Star Moving is a broker and will not honor anything after a mover is assigned to you. Any “binding” estimates or quotes are worthless as they will not honor them and will tell you to work directly with the assigned mover. A large majority of their reviews on google are AI or Posted by Employees. Take a minute to look at names and common phrases over and over. Also, most of the 5 star reviews are from reviewers who only have one review! Specifics to my move: • I was quoted a certain price, but when the movers arrived, they demanded an additional $10,000 because Bronze Star didn’t estimate correctly. At this point, I was in a bind, and they knew it. • Bronze Star offered no assistance and did not honor their word. They even called and threatened me. • They didn’t honor their contract, I was overcharged, and did not receive the services rendered. They were caught trying to use pictures to document services that were not provided. • Bronze Star will threaten you and lie to you. Read the contract and find someone who actually honors their words. • Additionally, they contacted my place of employment (which was not a party to this contract) in an attempt to bully me since I had filed a claim on the credit.

Read More I've had a couple of months to calm down from my experience and will just leave it at, do not hire this company for your move. They gave us a quote and then on the day of the move, the price was 3x what they quoted. It's a complete bait and switch to secure you as a customer.

The moving team of Bronze star they sent out were fantastic! They were super careful with all of our stuff and very communicative while loading and unloading. ...
