Read More AVOID THIS COMPANY!! they charge a huge broker fee, there is no refund if you cancel your move, and the movers they had come in from St. Louis were careless and unprepared. I had to take one of them to town to rent a second penske truck because they didn't estimate our job right. Cost us $13000 when quoted $7200

Read More The only good thing I can say is that the actual movers who showed up at my house were amazing. AmeriSafe, or whatever other name they use, charged me $1740 up front and I found out later that was strictly a “brokers fee”. I listed every single thing I was moving and my estimate from them was still short several thousand dollars. It ended up being double what I was quoted. The initial phone call with AmeriSafe was polite and seemingly helpful. Then I read some reviews and called with questions. No more polite. The sales person was rude and disrespectful. Call a mover directly. Don’t use a broker.
