Despite the inoperable freight elevator at my apartment complex, they had no trouble navigating the building and moving everything using the regular elevator. What could have been a big inconvenience, they handled with ease and without complaint. Oscar reassured me the elevator situation was no problem at all.

The whole moving process was explained , planned and executed in a professional manner. Great care was taken by the crew loading and unloading my belongings. To signify the integrity of this crew, some cash was found by Oscar tucked away in some furniture .....who turned the cash over Matt.....who immediately returned it to me !! What I appreciated the most is that they paid attention to details. Wrapped everything in blankets even those items I had already wrapped with plastic. They were cautious as my destination place was a tight squeeze. They went the extra mile ensuring everything was placed where I wanted. I would highly recommend Scott and crew! Awesome job!
