Read More Eagle Moving Group, while customer service was fine, does not insure that the customer understands that they are simply a moving broker. Nor, do they ensure that the companies they subcontract with are of even average quality. We called and got an estimate for our cross country move and when another different company arrived, we were surprised by it. The company Best Choice Moving has had multiple name changes and extremely poor reviews and as a broker, Eagle Moving Group either ignored this fact, or did not perform any due diligence to ensure Best Moving would represent their business in a professional manner. *BMG, LLC increased price from original estimate significantly from the one given by Eagle *BMG, LLC changed arrival and time originally scheduled by Eagle *BMG, LLC did not offer any other liability Eagle offered other than .60/pound *BMG, LLC required only cash payment for services, which was contrary to Eagle's payment policy

Read More Overall terrible don't use! Upfront customer service was excellent. Packing day of was good except they tried to upcharge for additional sq footage when we had nothing extra. In fact had way less than quoted. The delivery process was atrocious. For 7 days we were told delivery would be tomorrow. Then tomorrow would come and there was no delivery. A customer service manager told me they cannot control the weather or traffic. It is August, unless it was too sunny to drive not a valid reason. To be clear Eagle is a broker, they have no control over your belongings the company they outsource to does. So, it was almost as if too bad, we have your belongings, and you will get them whenever they arrive. They then try up charging on the back end also, even though nothing changed from the original quote. Once delivery was finally made, we were without key items. Part of the fee paid was for resetting up bedroom furniture that never arrived. Call customer service and told to file a claim that is our only recourse. Which is true, because they will not unload the truck at all until they receive full payment. Would never recommend this company. Terrible customer service and the service provided was not good. The upfront service makes the move sound simple and there will be no delays or issues. I feel like I was sold a bill of goods. At every turn, more money was demanded and there is no recourse as they have your property. Find a different mover.

Read More Save yourself the headache. Tried to come a day late even though they required a 2 day pick up period. Arrived in a truck with not only no plates but also was already filled to the brim. They couldn't even fit half the amount of items we had listed on our estimate. To which we received no refund. They will take note of your stuff and quote you wayyy less cubic footage than you'll actually need. Even the guys moving said this company is just a bunch of scammers. They also broke quite a bit of my belongings. All in all, stay far far away from this company.

Read More This company sales person (Jordan Smith) was just trying to get our business and cash from the very beginning. He and others told us exactly whatever was best for them and what they thought we would want to hear at all stages of the move. Needless to say ONE star is too much. At the beginning they told us that they had a warehouse in the city we were moving to so we could get our boxes in very little time. This was NOT true. He made up a figure of what it would cost to take some appliances and so they had to be sold at the last minute. This put additional strain on us at a very tense time. There were many other issues. We are not people to put up bad reviews about other, but felt this needed to be out there in the world. Needless to say we would NOT recomment anyone to use this BROKER, EVER.

First off, they don't actually move you - they are brokers and they find the local mover to handle your move. They promise you the world, they offer a lower quote than the competitors - but when it comes to the actual move the movers will charge you thousands more than the original estimate to do the same exact move you had talked about. We told them it was a 3 bedroom and they slipped in the contract for 1000 cubic square feet - that if you google is for a large 1 bedroom. They also have things in the contract about how it can take X number of days for your things to arrive so they don't have to do direct shipping. They don't issue the contract until after you have paid the deposit and by the time you get the true estimate from the local mover, it is too late to get your deposit back and you are out a few thousand if you want to change to a legitimate company. TOTAL SHAM COMPANY! They should be ASHAMED of themselves. The movers wound up leaving behind the dining table and chairs, kitchen table and chairs, patio set, bookshelves, dining cabinet, dining buffet, 2 flat screen TVs - even though they had room on the truck! I saw the truck when it unloaded and it was 1/4 empty. My parents are 80 years old and they were left moving chairs and other things. My mom was so saddened, and it broke my heart to see her so sad to be taken advantage of by such a company. And that was all with paying an extra $500 than the contract. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Consumer - beware of this company and stay clear! You have been warned.

Don't want to give you an update on what's going on. whoever the owner of this company is I would rethink who you hire and how you run your business. For anyone looking for a moving company. Their crew stands out with their raised professionalism, the perfection of their work, and its detail. Their plan for relocation was very complete and this boosted my confidence. On moving day, they came back as per schedule and labored diligently to arrange and load my stuff with caution. Through this cautious process safe and secure handling of everything was guaranteed. During the process, they answered all the questions I had and addressed my perils, hence making me a satisfied customer. In addition, they were so amiable, approachable and ready to be of help that I had a wonderful time during my stay. Great job Eagle Moving Services! Without your help, my relocation would be difficult and stressful. I would definitely advice them to those people who need good and reliable movers.

Read More I have moved on many times yet the team of Eagle Moving were without a doubt my top favorites. I had a new back physical issue and these men of honor were exceptionally understanding and supportive and moved things to my vehicle too. They were well mannered, opportune and treated my classical furniture with care. They actually look at in and asked questions to ensure proper position and request. Before the move, the owners rushed to answer and planning was simple. All estimates were made sense of quite well and they resolved every one of my questions. I needed to have every one of my things moved to storage as in the middle between properties yet I have proactively booked Eagle Moving for my move into my new property. I enthusiastically recommend this Eagle Moving for all your moving requirements!

PLEASE never ever use this company. Liars, scammers, and thieves. Everyone is so nice until they have your money. Then everything changes. They delivered on zero of th ... Read More PLEASE never ever use this company. Liars, scammers, and thieves. Everyone is so nice until they have your money. Then everything changes. They delivered on zero of the promises they made. They used other shipping carriers that were not on the list of carriers they provided me (meaning I never got the chance to make sure I was ok with the actual companies that were moving my things). The delivery date they promised me over and over was weeks off from when my stuff was delivered (it was delivered weeks late and in the middle of the night). I was charged THOUSANDS of dollars more than the agreed upon price at rates I never agreed to. They literally showed up with a totally different contract than what I originally signed, and said I had to sign it or they would take my deposit of thousands of dollars and leave, so I was stuck. Several items were damaged (including the most expensive piece of furniture I own) and at least one box was missing. Every single person I talked to lied to me. Zero stars. I'm literally traumatized from this whole experience. I'm only writing this in hopes it saves someone from going through what we went through. Beyond disappointing. I seriously considered taking legal action against them, but I would have to do so in the state of Florida, according to their contract, and that's just not feasible for me.
