Our refrigerator and washing machine were the big worries for our move. The team from United Express Moving And Storage came prepared with appliance dollies and all the necessary straps. They secured the fridge doors and disconnected the washer properly. Navigating them down our outdoor steps looked tricky, but they made it look easy. Not a single scratch on the appliances or the walls. The final bill matched the original quote exactly, with no hidden charges.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
