During the hottest summer days, Brandon and Andrew returned to the old house to pick up the forgotten side table and bring it to a new home. The movers were respectful and skilled, and it was a breeze to work with them.
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
I took a lot of stuff with me when I moved into my 2-bedroom flat. Despite completing the relocation earlier than expected, United Express Moving & Storage did an excellent job of ensuring the safety of everything. I really recommend them since they fulfilled my expectations regarding services and prices.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Andrew saved me the hassle of hiring an electrician and happily reinstalled my oven, televisions and refrigerator after delivery. He did it all in less than an hour! He has my sincerest appreciation!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
