The original estimate was very low...the representative asked me to estimate the size of the move - a typical 2-bedroom apartment which has a range of cubic footage which ... Read More The original estimate was very low...the representative asked me to estimate the size of the move - a typical 2-bedroom apartment which has a range of cubic footage which she should have known. So the actual cost was nearly 4x the amount of the original estimate. They wait until the last week before the move to re-do the estimate and then it was still low so we had to hustle to come up with an additional cash amount as the actual movers won't take credit. This company does not do the moves and contracts...the contractor was excellent but could do nothing about the cost.
