Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Knowing how challenging a move may be, we hired United Express Moving & Storage to handle our relocation. Brandon and his crew were fantastic; they were highly skilled and careful with our belongings. Endorsing United Express Moving & Storage is something I can do with confidence. I appreciate it very much.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
Brandon and the team arrived. and promptly began working. They took extra care with my home office setup, packing all of the equipment and documents meticulously while also grouping them in color-coded boxes to avoid any complications with unpacking. I could not have asked for anything else!
Despite the difficulty of the transfer, the expert movers arrived on time each time and carefully packed all of the belongings. And it did not damage anything whatsoever. I really recommend it.
I had an outstanding experience with United Express Moving & Storage. My move manager, Andrew, offered a detailed moving checklist that helped me stay organized throughout the process. The moving team was also efficient and delivered everything in one piece. I couldn't have asked for more!
United Express Moving & Storage is second to none! Moving from a 2-bedroom house to a smaller unit made me anxious about making a place for all my belongings. The movers were quite patient. 5/5 !
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
Carl and his team performed admirably. Their efficiency and speed were remarkable as they moved everything. They were friendly and accommodating to my specific needs. United Express Moving & Storage is definitely something I would recommend!
