He continued to reach out and ask if I had questions, and was super helpful! Not all companies were so patient and kind. Very professional and competitive!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Sales made it sound incredible when they returned my inquiry. Jade Wilson gave me a discount since they were already picking up another customer in the area (first red flag....they didn't) . I didn't know better and put a deposit down with them that day to guarantee this discount (second red flag). She insisted I sign my documents that day. The quality assurance man who called me was extremely rude. I would have cancelled then and there, but had already paid $1000. The contractors they used (Pelican Movers) stated they would arrive between 9-11 AM, and didn't arrive at my place until 7:30 PM. They were rude, damaged most of my stuff, and only worked until 9 PM because of "labor laws". They had to come back the next morning (mind you 2 hours after they said they'd be back). They used unnecessary tape and charged me $350, yet were asking me if I had blankets they could use because they forgot them. They demanded cash that day in which I was never told and charged me 4x what I was originally told. I took 3 weeks to get my stuff delivered and would not give me a direction answer whenever I asked. When I was notified it was being delivered, I was told it'd be between 2-4 PM and it ended up being 8 PM. The man worked until 10 PM, but some of my stuff was missing. Again he demanded cash for the rest of the payment even without having all my stuff. I did not get the rest of my things until 2 weeks later. I filed claims for insurance since Pelican damaged a lot of my stuff and come to find out Pelican isn't insured by them anymore. I've contacted US Moving Group 4 times and every single Customer Service Representative is rude. I have been told they would call me back with more information 2 times and have yet to hear back. This has been an ongoing nightmare. Honestly, I would pay someone to load a UHAUL, drive it yourself, and then pay someone to unload a UHAUL before ever hiring them. ITS NOT WORTH THE HASTLE OR MONEY. I am posting this to prevent others having to go what I go through. The 5 star reviews you see are b/s.
