The team did a great job with my move and made my move extremely smooth. They arrived promptly on time, were very nice, and packed up my belongings making sure to properly wrap and protect furniture and unboxed items. I am happy with the staff.
The movers were efficient and handled all of my items with care. If there were questions they asked and also kept me informed. I am very pleased with the services.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had. They were the nicest people in the world at the beginning. Once the down payment was sent, communication basically ended. I did not receive my things for over a month. I was yelled at by customer service and told to stop talking because I don’t know what I am talking about. I was promised some sort of conversation near the end for potential reimbursement. I never received a call and I have called over 20 times and left multiple messages. It has now been 2-3 months and no response. Miserable company. Miserable people.
After having a horrific and dangerous experience with another moving company, I was apprehensive about my upcoming relocation. My partner and I were relocating, so I conducted more research to identify a reliable company. After reading positive evaluations and communicating effectively with this Company, we decided to hire them. Throughout the process, they were cooperative, communicative, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this company and hire them again!
Manager was polite and went above and beyond, extremely courteous, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They carefully packed all my items (labeling the boxes) on Friday and delivered on Saturday, making my move smooth and trouble-free!

They give you a price once you hire them but before they finish the moving, the cost was almost the double. They charge for fees that were not given before. I thought totally disonest and because I wanted know exactly I was paying the owner became rude and asked the movers to stop my moving. I wouldn’t recommend this company for anyone else.
The sales rep told us we would receive our items by a certain date and ended up delivering our items 2 weeks late! Then they hide behind their long fine print that most people don’t read. No since of ownership for what the sales representatives sell you on. Lost around $1,500 to them and about $2,000 in the 2 weeks we didn’t have our belongings in order to have a bed to sleep on and food to eat. DO NOT BOOK BOOK WITH THEM!!
