It is with much appreciation that my sister and I would want to thank the movers who helped us relocate from SD to AZ. They were so efficient that they finished the job in nine hours. They simplified a process that is difficult for the majority of people. Thank you for rescuing me! We strongly advise you to use United Express Moving & Storage.
I asked to cancel my service before 72 hours. My payment was made today on april 15th, and I called and emailed only to get an email stating that my payment was taken on April 10th. No one would talk to me, and instead, they sent me an email stating I couldn't get my refund. This is not ok at all!! I want my money back! I canceled my services today in writing, like I was told to do! This isn't right. And they won't give me my money back! I guess I have to contact the bbb because they should stick by their words. I asked for a cancelation. I would not recommend them ever. I work to hard for my money. If I knew this is how I would have been treated I would not have booked with them. I didn't even receive service from them! They were very rude.
When I talked to the company reps on the phone they sounded like honest John's. That's where the sweet talk ended. My price changed 3 times . Didn't figure out how much stuff I had actually. Changed my delivery date and I couldn't get a new delivery date . On top of no delivery date several of my items were broken.

The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
We got screwed on the price. Last minute as they came to load our stuff on the truck they Jack the price up $5,000. So we went from 8,000 to 13,000 to move our stuff they screwed us we had sold our house we had to get out and they put us in a bad spot to do it
They handled all of my possessions with extreme care, meticulously wrapping and packing everything to prevent harm. They were equally thorough and meticulous when unloading and unpacking at my new home once we got there.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
