We moved our family home last week, and I couldn’t have asked for better help. The movers stayed patient, handled our belongings carefully, and finished earlier than expected. They asked where to set things before leaving.
I called William and his team when we needed to move our small shop displays across town. They showed up a few minutes before the set time and got started without hesitation. They worked neatly, didn’t slow down, and finished early. It’s nice to see that level of focus on a busy weekday, and I will absolutely call them for the next moves.
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.

Andrew explained things clearly and answered my questions without rushing. Nothing was damaged, and the move finished earlier than I expected. Overall, it was straightforward and stress-free.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
