Read More My father decided to relocate to Texas from Washington, We came across MBA Solutions online, and overall was good customer service, not great though. During the process, We had some complication, Delayed response time, multiple days, us questioning where we stood in the process, Damaged items on the truck, A TV, and an End Table. We also were promised a $50 gift card however that was never dispersed to us despite me asking for it multiple times. Overall we are satisfied however there are definitely some kinks in MBA Relocations systems that need to be fixed, Other then that Anthony and his team did the job and we got the move completed.

They were with us from start to finish with no complaints and a smile on all of their faces. The price was reasonable as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this professional company!

Parking was tight and the building rules were annoying, but the crew stayed patient and kept things moving. A couple small delays, but nothing that threw the whole move off. Overall good experience.
