The movers were excellent—they handled our DIY packing with no complaints, even rewrapped our TV as extra precaution and loaded the truck like masters. Nothing was damaged. The move took three days longer than the earliest estimated date, which required a few extra nights in a hotel for us. Service itself was flawless.

This was all clearly explained ahead of time, so it was not a surprise. Communication throughout the move with the team was good, and the crews on both ends knew what they were doing. When our new house wasn’t ready on schedule, they offered a month of storage, which helped take a lot of stress off the situation. While the price came in higher than some other companies we looked at, the level of service and how everything was handled made it worth it for us.

The movers worked hard and were respectful of our home. We did have a last-minute change to our loading date (pushed by one day), which caused some stress. The office staff was apologetic and helped us rearrange, but it was a bit disruptive. On the delivery end, everything arrived safely and on schedule. For the price and the care taken with our stuff, they're a great choice. Just know that flexibility at the start is helpful.
