It was a long-distance move in a busy season. I was very impressed with the estimated delivery window that Swift Shift Van Lines provided and their adherence to it despite the demand. We highly recommend them!
Swift Shift Van Lines made the whole thing way less stressful. They brought their supplies and didn’t mind that things weren’t packed perfectly. They even helped me sort out what could go in storage. I honestly don’t think I could’ve pulled it off without their help.
If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
John and his crew from Swift Shift Van Lines were outstanding, and they exceeded all my expectations. They were the most efficient and effective movers I’ve ever seen, and they packed up my entire apartment in just a few hours. They used all kinds of packing supplies, from foam peanuts to packing tape, and they even gave me some extra boxes for free. They organized everything neatly and logically, and they labeled everything clearly and accurately. They were the best in the business!

I appreciated how they didn’t rush, especially with fragile items. The whole move was done in a few hours, and all items arrived without any issues. It was a much easier experience than I expected. They did a great job of packing everything. For each room, they utilized a different color of box, which made unloading simple. They take pleasure in their job, as seen by the fact that everything is immaculate.
The movers were careful and reliable, and the firm professionally conducted itself. Our dresser, bean bag, chair, and coffee table were packed in few hours and delivered the same day. What a smooth and easy move!
Having these guys on the team was a delight. They seemed to have a lot of expertise, were well-organized, and were upbeat. I felt very comfortable leaving everything to them.
There was a delay with the elevator in my building, and I expected it to affect the move. Bobby adjusted the order of loading so the time was still used efficiently.
The best moving company I’ve worked with in a while! They were experienced and dealt very professionally with me. To add to the mix, they were readily available to address any queries I had. The customer service here is superb!
