Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
My upright freezer was the hardest part of my state-to-suburbs move. The movers wrapped it in plastic to keep fingerprints off the surface and strapped it tightly in the truck. After setting it up in the utility room, I plugged it in, and it hummed like normal. It looked the same as before the move, spotless.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
My family needed a crew to load a large container for a long-distance move. The workers arrived early and started organizing the boxes by weight. They tied everything down with straps so the load would not shift on the road. I noticed they were careful with the corners of my antique cabinets. It took four hours to finish the entire driveway. The communication was clear from start to finish. Charles and the team were very helpful, and all the things were delivered safely.
Our family had a great time with the movers. They carefully packed our belongings in foam padding, thick fabric cloth, and blankets. After the delivery, they also assisted us in reassembling our beds. We are extremely appreciative!

The band of movers was really adept at splitting our furniture and boxes based on color-coded stickers we’d prepared. They didn’t mix up anything, which was a huge relief. They helped me fold my futon when I couldn’t figure out how to collapse it. The entire process was quick, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable. Well worth every dollar.
