Henry and his colleague produced fantastic job. They were quite professional in how they handled both us and our possessions. They did an excellent job; thus I have no problem promoting them and their business.
Joseph was behind the wheel. My apologies, I neglected to find out the identities of the other two members in his team. Positive demeanor and no issues to report. Care was taken to avoid damaging the walls or the furnishings. There won't be any bad outcomes. In my perspective, Swift Shift Van Lines is necessary.
So pleased with how this relocation turned out. I was moving to a coastal house and had concerns about humidity affecting my stuff. The movers took time to wrap each piece and added protective layers suited for the weather. After reaching, all things were safe without any damage.
They helped me haul my whole office to a new spot with zero issues. The team was right on time, polite, and treated our gear like gold. I really dug their attention to detail when packing and labeling boxes. I'm shouting it from the rooftops – these guys are the real deal for any business move.
Andrew and John were efficient and quick, but they also did a really good job. They know how to get things done fast and well.
They were the most incredible people ever. They treated the clients' possessions with great care and diligence. No matter how much the transfer cost, these two made you feel as though it was well worthwhile.
We needed several large rugs and a loom. The team rolled and secured properly to avoid creases. The loom was reassembled and ready to use.
The wardrobe boxes made the whole experience so different for me! My clothes hung in the closet on hangers and were loaded into the truck without being folded. Big time savers.
The movers arrived and packed everything for me the day before the move. They were friendly, efficient, and quick. On moving day, they promptly began working. Despite the difficulty in finding parking, they managed to get everything into my new apartment. I would recommend this company to everyone, as they made the entire moving process very easy.
If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
