Read More The give you a quote; you give them the specifics, they send you a new higher quote and then they show up and double the price! Once you give a deposit you don’t get it back- and you are stuck; sales guy was too good to be true, then the logistics person she tells you, you need more space and you give the measurements and says this should be good… the movers show up and double it, tell you those items aren’t listed on the contract and not enough room; even though everything is listed out.. the pick up guys were asking for cash from my 78 year old father in law and we’re supposed to be there between 8:00am and noon, showed up at 5:00pm - so price went from $1950, to $2932, $4692!! For under 50 small boxes ( not medium as quoted) a corner China cabinets, 4 piece wall unit and a small hutch… loopholes everywhere in the contract- beware

Read More Pleas please do not use this company. I should have believed the reviews . Talk to Kevin from starline who promise me the weren’t a broker and my things would be delivered within 3-4 business days quotes me 1700 remind ya I have no furniture but a dining room table a headboard and two dressers I had about 36 boxes. When the quality insurance lady called, I told her exactly what I had. She told me it wasn’t enough room and I had to pay in an additional four $400.. Then when the The subcontractor showed up they told me it wasn’t enough space and altogether that my total was gonna be 3100 and then add insult to injury they told me my things wouldn’t be delivered to me until the following Saturday, which is a whole new month. Unfortunately, I agree because I I had a flight in the morning and I had no one else to move my things. Fast-forward to Saturday I still do not have my items. I got no call no email. I had to reach out to customer service so many times. Customer service is a joke. They’re super rude. Even the subcontractors are rude. Sabillon brothers were the subcontractors I told him I was getting a lawyer he said u can get Donald trump for all I care. Rude unprofessional people. I’m going on 12 days with no belongings but was promised multiple times and multiple calls that I will have my things by Saturday morning. I have already found a complaint with BBB and I’m gonna reach out to the transportation department as well because this is unacceptable I asked for a copy of my bill of landing and they told me that they can send screenshots of it. They didn’t have a copy of my sign contract, unprofessional this is not a legitimate company and it needs to be shut down . Moving is already a stressful time and to have a company take advantage of it is insane, but like I said, I’m still waiting on my belongings so there’s no telling what the state of my belongings are in. The subcontractor sabillon brother were rude I told them I’m the customer and you guys are delaying me I took off from work to accept my belonging as promise and they felled to deliver. Now there saying Sunday or Monday. We shall see . I can’t wait until this is over I’ll def be reaching out to a lawyer for Breech of contract. And I would like all of the phone calls because I know they were recorded, and I was promised so much and receive nothing. O and let me not forget how they promise to pickup between 4-6 pm and didn’t arrive until 1 am in the morning

Read More If I could give this company zero stars I would. I spoke with one of the salesman named Jacob and everything started off great. We were able to negotiate on price since money was a bit of an issue at the moment. I put down an initial deposit and had a clear idea of what was being owed. Everyone was super friendly and the move which was explained to me to be 3 to 5 days was underway. Shortly after that, the tone quickly switched. Their quality assurance department said that my stuff was over the cubic foot allowance on the original estimate which resulted in me paying an extra 250 on the deposit. I figured that was reasonable so I let it slide. However, when the movers came to my door, I had to look at all these hidden fees that were not explained to me in the original estimate or negotiations paying almost $1000 more than we originally talked about. I’m writing this review before I even have my stuff. My belongings were picked up April 10 of 2025 in our original discussions. Jacob told me that my move would take 3 to 5 business days. It is now April 23, 2025 and my belongings still haven’t even left the state I moved from. I have since talked to their customer service department every day trying to get this moved along and the original salesman. Jacob won’t even answer my calls. Long story short, this company isn’t even its own Moving Company it outsources to multiple other moving companies. They will not communicate to you the hidden fees like the binding estimate fee and will continue to charge you more than you talked about before. I’ve also been reading so many reviews on this company, I believe most of the short and sweet ones are fake and there are numerous one star reviews of stuff being damaged and people running into the same problems that I have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE.

They never showed up for the service and disputed the charge with my bank after I disputed the charge. I have a text from the rep I was speaking with confirming he saw I was canceling the move. Extremely frustrating. 0/5. WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Read More This company is a scam. They do not follow through with contracts or their policy. I had to cancel my move and did so in writing within the timeframe indicated in the contract. I also received communication in writing that I would be eligible for a refund. Still 9 months later I have not received a refund and no one will answer our emails asking what could be delaying our refund. The customer service line does not help and only asks that we email to follow up. No one will answer our emails and that is the problem. We have now had to ask our bank to help dispute the amount in hopes that we can finally get our deposit back.

Read More I dont understand how people cant go out of there way to write a 5 minute review on this company. Trace helped me from going with a scam company to making sure that all my items got moved to MT with ease. I did end up having to pay 500 more on pick up due to me adding more boxes then i originally stated but the crew worked with me and got me some discounts. I would recommended this company to anyone making an out of state move. They also helped my bother moved out of TN with ease.

With having a new baby i wasnt able to do any of the packing. Starline came to my home packed everything amazingly fast and professionally, something that i thought was going to be all day was done in 5 hours. They are a broker but the crew they sent out was amazing. I would recommend you to use them. They do have a few bad reviews but my Representative did explain to me that the more thorough i am the less chance of any surprises. Wonderful!
