Don't trust Phil or any of his salesman no matter what they promise. Even the actual moving company told us that we could've hired them directly and saved our $3,500 deposit.

This should be criminal. Quality Assurance took measurements of everything and gave an estimate. We got rid of a large portion of what was on that estimate, and when the ... Read More This should be criminal. Quality Assurance took measurements of everything and gave an estimate. We got rid of a large portion of what was on that estimate, and when the contracted movers arrive they tell us the estimate was off and we will need to pay an extra $2,000 even with that much less in inventory than we were quoted. Then they lied about being able to choose our delivery date. Once the truck was loaded and they were walking out the door, the mover wrote down that they have a MONTH long window to deliver in! 3 little kids with nothing in a new state for up to a month. This is the type of scam that should be broadcasted, so nobody else ever gets put in a position like this as a result of the company’s blatant and direct lies. I don’t know how they sleep at night, but probably better than us since we don’t even have beds now.

Read More These individuals robbed my mom for over $6000 first they moved her stuff to storage facility claiming that she would save two months on storage fees a lot of her belongings also went missing The police had to get involved. Several items of hers were also damaged additional fees. She was not informed of prior to using this moving company or demanded. it was literally a nightmare. I am not even sure how this company is in business.

I was concerned that my unit would not be easy to access, but I was happy with the way the team collaborated with me to accomplish this. Every item of furniture I owned was properly taken apart, packed and transported without any hitch.
