I was concerned about the containers and padding because I had many fragile items. I felt reassured when they explained how to secure each piece. My neighbor was impressed by how quietly they loaded the vehicle. I bought these and gifted them to my friends because they were worth it.

They sealed file boxes with tamper-proof tape and used anti-static bubble wrap for the computers. I supervised the loading, and they were cool with that. The drive across town was quick, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Once at the new office, they placed the computers on desks and neatly stacked file boxes. Everything was intact and secure—just what we needed.

Before moving, they checked each item to ensure safety. They folded my clothes and packed my laundry basket well!

Read More These folks moved my parents. Everything went smoothly until after they picked up my parents belongings. After that communication was terrible. No way to track their belongings as promised. No delivery date, they showed up unannounced without warning. Only one person was there to unload which included furniture, which could not be done so my parents had to send them away for the safety of the driver as well as their belongings. They use contractors so apparently it wasnt even their moving company. Not at all what my parents expected. Would not recommend to anyone that cares about communication and their material possessions.
