On the day of the move the moving crew was efficient at moving all of my furniture from my old house and assembled everything in the rooms of my new house in a timely manner. The prices are very fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a moving a company!

Read More First, Elana who helped get me the best rate, disappeared and never returned my messages after the paper was signed. I reached out to their team multiple times and felt ok moving forward with them until the window of Saturday to Sunday turned into Monday mid-day. No one from their team reached out regarding the missed window and offered no support. All that was said is they are offering you $100 discount. I’m sorry but moving is stressful and making another person take off work because of poor scheduling is wrong. We had the mattresses and everything boxed and covered so my children and I slept on the floor. The problem is when speaking with Safe Shield there was zero support. I wanted to feel heard! I understood the estimate was higher and that was fine. The fact was I was made to feel that their time was more important than mine. The company had no problem taking my deposit but they were certain to not provide any other compensation or even reach out regarding how everything went. All that was important to them was getting me off the phone. STAY AWAY!

We got our estimate to move from Vermont to Tennessee and when the Moving Company got there, they said it was $700 more. I tried to call save shield to find out what was ... Read More We got our estimate to move from Vermont to Tennessee and when the Moving Company got there, they said it was $700 more. I tried to call save shield to find out what was going on. The company told us that their stuff would be there on Sunday and they didn’t show up till five days later with damage boxes a lot of damage stuff and then the price went up another $150 when they deliver our stuff I called to make a complaint and they said there was nothing they can do for us . This company is a scam. Please be careful they’ll take you for what you have for money. it cost us 1400 more than what they told us it was going to be. and the movers left a mess in my house. They didn’t take all their garbage when they left. They didn’t put all our furniture together either like they were supposed to so yes, I’m not a very happy person and then dealing with them today and not trying to refund us some of our money, they said that there was nothing that they could do for us.
