They were on time, very careful with our antique furniture, and everything went smoothly.

Worst moving company ever. My original quote was $2600. I added 30 totes and it raised it $2000. The I decided to remove the totes so you would think that the price wo ... Read More Worst moving company ever. My original quote was $2600. I added 30 totes and it raised it $2000. The I decided to remove the totes so you would think that the price would go back down. Nope! When the movers got there, they said that for the $4500 they could only move my bed, dresser, couch and love seat,2 tv's chest of drawers, 2 night stands and a grill. No appliances, just the items I mentioned. That plus 40 boxes is what was included in the $2600. But taking away all the boxes, they still charged $4500. When I try calling the person that gave me the quote, he ignores my call and now has blocked my number. Also, I was told that my stuff would be delivered on the 29th, (today) and when my husband called, they said it could be 2 weeks before I have my stuff delivered. What am I suppose to sit and sleep on for 2 freaking weeks??? Highly recommend DO NOT USE SAFESHIELD!!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. If I could give them a negative star, I would.

Read More I chose to do business with SafeShield Moving Services after speaking with manager - Tyler McCormack. I was assured by him and multiple team members that the job would be done the same day because it was less than 500 miles. Prior to the day of pick up I was notified by the contracted moving company my items would be dropped off 2-4 days after pick up. False claims were made just to secure the job. Words cannot describe the inconvenience and frustration this caused for myself and my family.

Jorge was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answered all my questions quickly, and made everything feel much less stressful. Pricing was fair, communication was solid, and the movers showed up on time and handled everything professionally. Definitely recommend Safe Shield Moving if you’re planning a move and want good customer service.

From start to finish the guys were very helpful and informative, as well as very protective of our items. We did most of the packing, but they handled all of the furniture with care.
