I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. The movers packed every box perfectly, ensuring nothing got damaged, even the fragile items on the bookshelves. They were super careful with the boxes, and nothing was left behind. I’m so glad I didn’t have to handle all those books myself!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
