My long-distance move seemed like a one to them. No delays, no damage, and clear communication throughout. The vehicle arrived promptly, just as expected.
I've never had a move go this smoothly. The team arrived on time, brought everything they needed, and wasted no time. My Three-bedroom apartment was fully moved before lunch, and nothing was damaged or missing. They even helped me move a few items that I had forgotten to label. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. It made what I thought would be a long day surprisingly easy.
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping me move on Saturday. They took me to my new location and helped me carry all of my belongings, which included a concrete safe, there.
Disastrous experience from start to finish! They misplaced several of my boxes, including one with important documents. When I called to ask about it, they said it’s “not their problem.” I can’t believe a company can be this careless!

We had to move fast due to a sudden job transfer, and Regal Van Lines was the only one willing to work within our crazy timeline. They showed up with a calm and collected energy that was exactly what we needed amidst all the uncertainty. In case we ever plan on moving again, we’ll definite hire them!
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
I used Regal Van Lines for a move from a townhouse into a smaller space, and the layout made everything harder than it needed to be. Tight corners, low ceilings, all of it. They stayed calm, figured it out, and didn’t damage a thing. They brought tools, took apart a bed frame for me, and even helped reassemble it. I was really impressed by how smooth it all went.
Loved this company they were efficient and quick delivery 🚚!! Will definitely be using them again for future moving needs, movers were Awesome and polite.
