I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
I booked Regal Van Lines to help move my home office setup, including a bunch of electronics and cables I hadn't organized at all. They labeled boxes without me asking, wrapped up the monitors like pros, and even suggested where to place things at the new place to avoid clutter. Saved me a bunch of headaches later on.
They carefully wrapped the handles of my frying pan to prevent scratches, taped shut the drawers of my makeup cabinet, used special corner protectors on my vanity mirror, placed heavy books and pan boxes at the bottom of my unloading to protect lighter boxes, such as picture frames and throw pillows, and even helped me set up my Wi-Fi router!
I run a small photography studio, and relocating all my camera gear, tripods, softboxes, and computers made me extremely nervous. Regal Van Lines exceeded my expectations in every way. Their team arrived with custom-fit crates for my fragile equipment and offered to transport my temperature-sensitive camera lenses in a climate-controlled van—I didn’t know that was an option! They used zip ties to secure my cables and neatly packed everything so it was easy to set up at the new space. The movers were fantastic with our children's belongings when I moved my little family to a new home. They ensured that all items were in boxes that my toddler could easily open and took special care with the nursery furnishings. When my kid wanted to show them her beloved stuffed animal, the staff was attentive and treated her belongings as though they were precious. Really reduced the stress of the relocation!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Everyone I talked to at work was really helpful, informed, and professional. I was worried about packing and the lengthy drive from AZ to NY, but Regal Van Lines made it all go well. There was no damage or breakage.
