My initial contact with them made me confident about the excellent service they would provide. The team demonstrated professionalism along with organization and worked hard to execute a trouble-free move. The staff took special care of my possessions while maintaining my comfort at all times during the moving process.
Even though I only needed help moving a few big items, the crew treated the job seriously. They arrived on time, were polite, and handled my antique armoire with care.
They moved several priceless antiques for me, and I could not believe how meticulously they wrapped them. They took their time and used extra padding to ensure everything arrived in pristine shape. These folks know what they are doing.

I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.
What set Regal Van Lines apart for me was their attention to detail. Every single box was labeled with room names, fragile stickers, and directional arrows. They stacked my belongings neatly in the truck to maximize space and reduce movement. The crew was well-coordinated, working like a pit crew at a race track, wrapping, lifting, and loading without ever getting in each other’s way. I had some awkwardly shaped furniture, but they packed it so well that nothing shifted during the drive.
Despite my few possessions, these men showed great consideration for them. It's rare to find movers who value each customer. Their professionalism was clear in how they handled my items. I appreciated their respect for my belongings and dedication to excellent service.
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
