Their moving crew was excellent. Even though loading and unloading took two days, we were glad to have the same crew working with us the entire time. It was helpful to have our Team Chief and the majority of the crew stick around for the duration of the week. Thanks folks!
We were moving just across the neighborhood, but our toddler made packing and organizing a bit chaotic. Thankfully, the movers didn't mind. They worked around our mess, offered suggestions on how to box a few things more effectively, and maintained a positive attitude. I expected the day to feel overwhelming, but it ended up going pretty smoothly thanks to their flexibility.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
