During the relocation, I was worried about dust and dirt, but these movers were very clean. They covered my flooring in both the old and new locations. They were extremely competent!
This was an interstate move and I asked for partial packing. They packed all the fragile items while I handled clothes and books. Everything stayed well-organized, and the boxes I packed myself were treated with the same care. After delivery, they helped me with unpacking as well. I appreciated it all!
My new puppy kept trying to chase their rolling tool bag with a squeaky wheel. They didn’t mind and actually petted him while loading the boxes onto the truck.
Let me tell you, this moving service was worth every single penny. The team was fantastic – friendly, professional, and super strong. They handled my bulky sofa with ease, navigating it through tight doorways and up a narrow staircase without a single complaint. They used these special straps to distribute the weight evenly, which I thought was really smart. They treated my belongings like their own.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.

I had a last-minute scheduling issue due to my job, and had to push the move back by a few hours the day before. I expected a cancellation or rescheduling fee, but they didn’t make it into a big deal and happily accommodated. During the actual moving day, they worked with commitment and wrapped up the job perfectly too. Absolutely recommended them!
I've never had a move go this smoothly. The team arrived on time, brought everything they needed, and wasted no time. My Three-bedroom apartment was fully moved before lunch, and nothing was damaged or missing. They even helped me move a few items that I had forgotten to label.
