They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
We had a very tight deadline for our move, and these movers came through in a clutch! They were able to schedule us on short notice and worked tirelessly to get everything loaded and unloaded within the timeframe. They maneuvered some bulky furniture through tight corners without a scratch. We were so grateful for their flexibility and hard work.
I scheduled the move with Regal Van Lines and got a call from James the day before to confirm a few details. They arrived right on time, brought extra supplies I hadn’t thought of, and made sure everything was loaded in order. My TV, glassware, and shelves all made it safely, and I didn’t feel like I had to supervise the whole thing. The team was solid from start to finish.

Although moving is never simple, their crew really reduced the amount of worry I felt. From the moment they showed up, it was clear that they had everything under control. They disassembled my bulky furniture and meticulously packed all of my fragile possessions. When we got to my new house, they reassembled everything precisely as I had requested.
Our 2-bedroom move took about 9 hours, which was right in line with what they estimated. Nothing was missing or damaged too. 10/10 service!

The movers showed up early, coordinated with the front desk, and successfully removed everything without a single complaint. They moved quickly without cutting corners. I was seriously impressed with how they handled such a tricky building situation. It was clear that they had done high-rise moves before.
Recommended 100%! With just a week to pack up and move across the city due to a job transfer, I was overwhelmed. But the moving crew from this company came to my rescue and I didn’t even have to lift a finger. Everything was packed and delivered safely to my new place within 5 days! I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
