Since there have been several complaints about this company, the bank will get a fraud alert if you try to Zelle the payment. My bill was incorrect, and I was also misled to. My personal possessions were kept hostage as a form of demand until I settled up. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT.

I had a super tight schedule for my move, and I wasn’t sure if it was even possible. But Ian made it happen. Ian was efficient in providing a detailed estimate and setting up the move. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. My friend and I had to relocate our small business. The movers came early and got right to sorting the packed boxes. They moved the equipment carefully and arranged it in the new space the way I asked. They worked straight through and didn’t waste time.
DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.
I am satisfied with how my washer and dryer set was handled. This moving company sent two guys who knew how to disconnect the hoses without making a mess. The team was able to load all the things on the truck safely. It was a relief to have the appliances installed at the new place so quickly. I had a very positive experience with them. My laundry room was ready for use the very same afternoon they finished.
I had a great experience working with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. I worked with Andrew and she made sure every thing was taken care of efficiently. I have moved around quite a bit and have used moving companies for every move and most of the time, I am dealing with a scam of some sort. This experience was very different and was handled professionally throughout the process.
Company movers have been a great help in covering my TX to NY-shifting. They have gone far and beyond for the service, and it was impressive to see them concerned and concentrated on the packing and delivery.
When it came to packing the moving vehicle, these men were pros. All of my stuff was in excellent condition when we arrived at my new home—much better than I had previously encountered with other movers. I was glad that I picked movers who were concerned about the security of my belongings.
