Terrible communication on important matters

What a nightmare the absolute worst, the people they sell your move to will have your head spinning as they hold your items hostage, they kept up charging and up charging my disabled uncle. The contract drivers they hired broke so much stuff and told us it’s not their fault. They were a day late arrived when storage was closed and charged us, then charged over 35 ft walking distance, biggest scum in the world.

Bad Service.

They brought a truck that was way too small for all my boxes and furniture, so they had to make two separate trips. Of course, they slapped an extra fee on the final invoice for that second run.

Great Customers Services!

I handled a long-distance move from my hometown to a new city for work. I wasn't able to travel with the movers, so I had to trust that everything would make it in one piece. Top-notch!
