Absolutely a disaster! We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.
I needed to move a very large and antique wardrobe that had been in my family for generations. They took extra precautions and wrapped it in custom padding and good quality packing material, so it wouldn’t get scratched or damaged. Thanks to how careful they were, it arrived in terrific shape. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did a good job, but with a little extra something! I'm terrible at remembering where I pack things, but the team labeled EVERY box clearly. They made a color-coded inventory list for me. They were also really strong and carried all my heavy boxes with ease. It was a huge weight off my shoulders, especially since I was so stressed about the move.
The movers were extremely careful and ensured that everything was wrapped and carried with great care. Even with some heavy furniture, they didn't scuff a single wall. They asked questions instead of guessing, which I appreciated. I could tell they cared about doing a good job.
We had a long-distance move, and I was worried about my plants. Movers kept them safe, even in the truck. That alone made it worth it for me.
