Read More Midland Van Lines made our family’s big move from Boston to Atlanta so much easier! My wife and I were moving with two toddlers and were stressed about how we’d manage. The Midland team arrived right on time, packed everything with care, and handled it all so efficiently. They kept us updated and reassured us every step of the way. When we arrived in Atlanta, our belongings were delivered right on time, and not a single thing was damaged. Moving with young kids is a challenge, but Midland made it feel effortless. I highly recommend them for anyone moving with a family

Read More I was relocating from Seattle to Denver for a new job and was overwhelmed by the thought of moving my whole life. Midland Van Lines came highly recommended, and they didn’t disappoint. They picked up my belongings on time and provided constant updates throughout the process. The team was friendly, professional, and made sure everything arrived in perfect condition. By the time I settled into my new place, my items were already there, perfectly on schedule. It was such a relief to have one less thing to worry about. Moving is always stressful, but Midland made it smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had a lot on my plate with the new role and planning the move, so I decided to hire a moving company to make the transition smoother. After reading some reviews, I chose Midland Van Lines because they’re family- and veteran-owned—values that I really appreciate. We went over all the terms, and everything was set to go.

James was great from day one, prompt and professional in his responses and very clear with his communication. The delivery is scheduled, and Midland provided us with updates along the way. They arrived when expected and all of our items, except a large mirror of ours that we knew had busted in the last move but were told by multiple people they could still fix. They were responsive and friendly with anything I needed really quickly, especially Dominic in service. Midland even accommodated us when we had changes in our schedule. We were super well looked after and the whole thing was very painless. For any of you out there looking for a reputable and dependable moving company I would definitely urge using Midland Van Lines.

Read More AVOID MIDLAND VAN LINES AT ALL COSTS!!!! We have an attorney, contacted the Attorney General’s Office, and filed a complaint with FMCSA/BBB. A $16,500 move became a $34,500 move with wire transfers, Zelle/Venmo payments to Russian bank accounts. Derek from Midland offered a contract for $16,500 (partial pack move). Midland Van Lines is not your mover. They broker vendors to negate ownership of their failures. Two days before our move, Midland requests full assessment of our items to assure the right size truck. We are told our contracted quote of $16,500 was incorrect. We owe $26,500. We paid it. On moving day, Deluxe Express (vendor) arrives. They refuse to honor the partial pack as contracted for. We owe them $2500 via wire transfer for service. Upon completion, they inform us, “if we want our belongings to arrive safely and on time, we owe a 20% tip, $2500, to them via Zelle. Two days before arrival at our new home, our driver from AJ Express Inc (vendor) calls. They will not be able to get their truck in our driveway. We owe them $2500 for delivery via wire transfer. If we do not pay the $2500, we must unload their truck & move our belongings ourselves. The night before delivery AJ Express Inc demands full payment via Zelle. They arrive at our home and demand $2500 to unload our belongings off their truck. Our items are damaged / broken. Devastating. Midland Van Lines uses Carrier Global Inc to transport cars. A man arrives to pick up our truck with his own Ford Explorer and Home Depot trailer. His wife communicates with us, angrily, when we ask for written documentation of transport. They refuse. They deliver our vehicle at midnight and were aggressive when we were not available. Midland/Carrier offered no help. All payments were made to the personal Venmo of the wife of driver. Rapid Auto Group LLC transports my Lexus SUV. My Lexus is lost with no communication from the driver or Carrier Global. We are filing a police report to report my Lexus as stolen.
