Read More I am not a liar and I feel by posting one star, that I am lying. This is forcing me to falsely advertise. No stars should be awarded to this company whatsoever. I hope everyone will take heed and read this review carefully. RUN. RUN. RUN. Run away from this company as fast as you can. NOTHING they state /quote is real; they will tell you anything to make the sale. You will not have any recourse either because you pay in cash. Additionally, they bait and switch you and charge even more money. Their Customer Care (need to rename to Customer Don't Care) department DOES NOT CARE and won't return phone calls. I know I will receive no resolution from this awful company. My prayer and only solace is, that I will save innocent people from this company. DO NOT ENLIST THEIR SERVICE.

Read More This is, hands down, the worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with. Whatever you do, steer clear. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. They’ll quote you one price and then magically change it the moment they show up—classic bait and switch. I was told one thing on the phone, only to be slapped with a completely different total when the movers arrived. When I tried to hold them accountable, they were dismissive, rude, and borderline hostile. If you're looking for professionalism, look elsewhere. The entire operation is a joke. The people they send are inexperienced and clearly don’t care about your time, your property, or your sanity. I wasted two full days trying to sort things out, only for them to no-show and then reschedule on their terms—without a hint of apology or urgency. To make matters worse, when I asked for my deposit back (after they failed to deliver any service), they flat-out refused and said they were keeping it. So basically, they stole my money and wasted my time. They’re based in Colorado, and honestly, that alone should be a red flag. If you value your time, money, or belongings, avoid Midland Moving Company like the plague. Save yourself the stress. Find literally anyone else. This company is a scam wrapped in incompetence.

Read More Low ball initial bid doubled. There were additional charges added at every step of the process. Even though the booking agent knew my final delivery address would require a "shuttle", I was never informed of this until 2 days before delivery. This ended up being an extra charge to transfer my items from an 18 wheeler to a smaller truck due to weight restrictions. Midland Van Lines uses extremely shady and deceptive practices and actively conceals the full scope of charges up front. Do not work with them. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Read More I contacted Midland Van Lines on Friday 4/4/2025 to get a quote for a move. After receiving a quote from representative Adrian Brewer, I asked for a few days to explore my options and to make a smart financial decision. When I contacted Adrian on Monday to tell him I would not be proceeding with their services I was asked, "So you're leaving everything behind?" I responded that "No, I made other arrangements I can afford". I was responded to with "Alright good luck, I hope PODS works out for you..." I tried to report Adrian's behavior to corporate and they "don't take complains from non-customers"

This company lures customers in with low initial quotes, only to dramatically increase the price later—likely hoping you’ll feel trapped with no other options. Fortunately, I was able to avoid getting caught by their tactics and found a reputable mover. Their terms and conditions are heavily skewed in their favor and are complicated and obscure their true intentions. They inflate heavily the estimated weight and volume, and even though you're allowed to reconcile the final numbers, you're limited to reducing them by only 10%. This means you often end up paying for weight and cubic footage that weren’t actually part of the move. Additionally, they don’t guarantee a pickup date, and the fine print allows them up to 21 business days to deliver—far longer than most customers expect. Use this mover at your own risk!!!

They lifted my filing cabinets into an upright position and covered my equipment with their sturdy covers. Moving became a breeze with their help!

They helped pack my small kitchen appliances and furniture safely, and delivered it all in perfect condition. They were also kind enough to help me with arranging my new place.
