Our moving coordinator did a superb job at managing everything from packing to delivery and ensured we were kept in the loop during transit as well. The delivery was on time and nothing was damaged either. We couldn’t have asked for anything else!

Said he changed my estimate for large size boxes and increased the price, took my payment and never changed the paperwork. The communication on when I could receive my belongings was vague and misleading. Kristen is rude and placed all blame on me when I was asking for clarification and help with understanding when I can expect my belongings. She had a condescending tone and said if she had caller id she wouldn’t answer my call.

Read More Beyond grateful to this company for providing temporary storage solutions when I had a gap between moving out of my old place and into my new condo in NY. Fortunately, their storage facility was spacious enough to accommodate all my possessions and was rather well-maintained too. Later, when I requested for the delivery of my things, their movers delivered everything in immaculate condition. I couldn’t be more pleased!

These guys knew their stuff! They used special padding and straps to protect my electronics and appliances. They were very fast and skilled at their job.
