Read More We did a cross-border move, which required some paperwork for customs. The moving coordinator guided me through every step—what forms to fill out, what receipts to keep, and so on. They sealed boxes that contained electronics with tamper-proof tape, so border officials could inspect them easily if needed. Once we hit the crossing, the driver presented all the documentation without any confusion. It felt like they had a direct line to the customs folks because we sailed through. Unloading in the new country was drama-free, too.

They offered efficient packing, ensured fragile items were double-protected, and arranged secure storage for a few weeks. We couldn’t be more grateful!

Read More Menards has not abided by our binding contract. The carrier they hired, TSSJ Express, llc, loaded my shipment onto the truck, then claimed my load was 50% larger that I had contracted for. I had already given Menards an inventory and had had a video walk-through to confirm the size of the load. The carrier demanded $920 for the 'extra' cubic feet. I have applied to Menards for a refund but they have not responded. Rather than running an honest business and treating their customers fairly, they spend their time responding to all of the bad reviews they get. They claim the negative experiences people have are 'false'. Why would anyone bother to write a false review? People want bad and dishonest service to be revealed so others can be warned off. If Menards really wants to help their customers, they should go out of business.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Their team wrote the INCORRECT date on the contract and when I asked them to revise it, they said they would, but never did. The ... Read More If I could leave negative stars I would. Their team wrote the INCORRECT date on the contract and when I asked them to revise it, they said they would, but never did. The drivers, which are not part of this company, called to ask if I was going to move on a date that was one WEEK after the date in my contract. The poor customer service ladies had to call the dispatcher to correct this, and the driver told me he would arrive in 2 hours…he arrived in 10. When we received our items, ALL the boxes were crushed and wet. Now the story gets worse, the Menards owner “Josh” called me and yelled at me, which he should be apologizing, saying that he has lawyers that can back his contracts and that there’s nothing he can do about the damages that the drivers did… Rather than taking accountability, Josh chose to point fingers like a child.

Read More My husband whom is disabled and myself was contacted by a representative from Manards Moving & Storage after looking on line for movers. The representative's name was Josh and I ask him several times if i could cancel at ANYtime and his response was YES at ANYtime, so we proceeded and gave our deposit of $990.00 on 9-13-2024..I called to cancel on 10-03-2024 but was told i wouldn't get my deposit back because we were outside the cancelation winfow for a refund. I explained that wasn't what i was told. I proceeded to talk with the owner J.Menard and he said that he would listen to the conversation(as it was recorded) and he would get back to me, several weeks later I called him again and he said he did listen to the conversation and I was right that the representative did say i could get a refund at ANYtime. Mr.Menard said that he would put in a request for our deposit to be refunded, as of today May 4,2025 my calls and emails ftom Mr.Menard is no longer being answered or responded to. Please help me get my money back as we are on social security trying to make ends meet.

This company is grossly negligent. We disputed a transaction when they sold our moving job to another company that had our belongings for much longer than they said it would take to have them delivered. After speaking with the owner about reversing the dispute, he insisted that I had to pay him immediately or he would cancel our move. As soon as our belongings were delivered, he took both charges. Effectively, stealing the initial charge we had placed the dispute on. We bought the job from an employee who was since fired for lying and underestimating jobs, and misrepresenting Menards as a mover, when they are a broker. When the owner told us he had been fired, he also declined to do anything about the impact on us. We are pursuing legal action.

James & John were so irresponsible that they damaged several of my valuable belongings.
