They left the empty plastic rolls just on the floor in my apartment, bumped and messed up so many corners that I’ll have to pay for. My bar stools have cracks in them. Would I use them again, absolutely Not what I paid and then to have to come and pay my apartments for damages that were cause on the doors from the move.

Read More After my basement flooded, I needed help removing damaged furniture and storing the items that could be saved. I contacted them during a very stressful week. They listened carefully and arranged a quick visit. The crew separated salvageable belongings from the ones that had to be discarded. They handled the situation professionally and did not make me feel embarrassed about the mess.

Read More Five stars is the least I can give these guys, honestly. My move involved a two-story house with a lot of heavy furniture, including a piano and a treadmill. I called three different companies, and Howards Van Line was the only one that did not try to upsell me on stuff I did not need. On move day, they brought eight furniture pads just for the piano alone. John wrapped it up like it was going on a museum tour. They got the treadmill down the basement stairs at the new house without scratching the walls, which I did not think was possible. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they worked from 8 in the morning until almost 4 in the afternoon without rushing.

Read More I am not the type to leave reviews usually, but this move was so smooth I had to say something. I moved from a townhouse into a condo, and the biggest challenge was the stairs at both places. The townhouse had stairs going up and the condo had stairs going down so it was a lot of carrying. The movers did not complain once. They just kept going back and forth like machines. I have a heavy wooden bed frame that takes four people to carry, and they handled it with straps and kept it balanced the whole time. At the new place, they set it up in my bedroom and even made sure the mattress fit right. The whole thing took about four hours, and I sat on my balcony afterwards just relaxing.
