My furniture appeared to have been tossed down a flight of stairs and was filthy, and all of my belongings were shattered or destroyed. My dressers had dents and scratches on them. Despite paying for a full service, none of my goods were reassembled. There are no tools with the movers. They damaged over $3,000 worth of my belongings after paying $3,000 to transport them. My crates were all open, and the contents were flung about as if they were playing soccer. I had the impression that I was in a punked episode.

Bad customer service; after numerous talks with various persons, they arrived three times with a truck that was too small for three different businesses. We still don't have everything, and the movers damaged our furniture and the walls in our house. This company has no accountability. I can't emphasize enough how dishonest this business is. Go somewhere else and save your money! We ended ourselves paying three times the original quote to get our items!

The guy from Howards Van Line quoted a fair price, and the crew also brought a hydraulic dolly. They got it down a flight of basement stairs and into my new office without scraping a wall. It took them about 45 minutes in total.
